Should you wish to make a return for any reason we are happy to help. Please action your request within 14 days of the delivery receipt.
One of our service team will review and provide you via email with a returns number and instructions on next steps (or contact you for further information should a return not be authorised).
Credit will be issued as soon as the returned goods are processed.
Clothing and footwear: Should sizing be incorrect then we will refund the product and you can place a new order for the correct size.
Spare parts: as we do not hold spare parts, we would refund the product that is damaged or missing a component for you and replace the whole product.
Where there is a manufacturer query, we will work with you on a satisfactory response from the original manufacturer as appropriate.
